They make Books Fun. I'm just gonna say, my son has a slight book addiction, so we're in there a lot. This store has the best and brightest employees. You can always count on them for good conversation. A small bookstore that still manages to have what you need. They keep a good variety of Anime for the kids. And, I've devoured the used cookbook and diet section.

I've never seen a bookstore like this one! It. Is. Gorgeous! The seating areas, especially the loft area, are very inviting, and I love the lighting and decor throughout. They have an excellent variety of inventory--lots of new books, interesting categories, used books, and children's books. I will stop in here whenever I can if traveling through the area, and I always tell travelers about it.

Dog Ear Books has a friendly & knowledgeable staff. The store's layout is so superb that a 'hostess maven' would declare it sublime, while the atmosphere always feels welcoming & refreshed. From front door to the study loft upstairs, Dog Ear 'hip-ly' reminds me of Chicago, Portland, Seattle, etc. GREAT store! P.S. Checkout their wonderful kids section.
